When you create an inbox, we store:
All inboxes and their messages are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not retain any email data beyond this period.
We do not require signups, accounts, or authentication. We do not use cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking scripts of any kind.
We do keep aggregate operational counts — how many inboxes were created, how many messages arrived, how often the API was called, which sending domains mail came from, and a coarse label for the kind of client making the request (for example "claude", "cursor", or "curl"), derived from the user-agent. These are used to run the service and understand load. They never include message content, subjects, or sender addresses, and inbox addresses appear only as a salted one-way hash that cannot be reversed to an address. This data is first-party, stays on Cloudflare, and is never sold or shared.
Email attachments are stored temporarily and deleted along with the inbox after 24 hours.
